Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the application operated by SEF Industries (“we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

The Service is a personal productivity assistant that helps you manage your email and calendar. Access to your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Search Console data is only requested if you choose to connect your Google account through the SEF Industries MCP Connector. If you use the connector, it connects to your Google account, with your permission, to read and act on that data on your behalf.

Your Google account

To use the Service you authorize it to access your Google data through Google’s OAuth flow. You are responsible for your Google account and for the actions you direct the Service to take. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions page. Our use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any action it takes on your behalf will be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing actions before relying on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEF Industries will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
